What each one means
PAS 2030 and PAS 2035
PAS 2030 covers how installers fit measures in existing homes. PAS 2035 covers assessing the home and designing the work. A Retrofit Coordinator links the two. Our how we work page shows where each applies.
MCS, TrustMark and RECC
MCS certified installers follow MCS installation standards and consumer protection rules. TrustMark registered businesses are monitored for technical skill, fair trading and customer service. RECC members must give clear information on costs and follow MCS requirements.
Gas Safe and ICO registration
By law, every gas business must be on the Gas Safe Register. ICO registration means the company has paid the data protection fee. It is not an approval by the ICO.
How to check a registration yourself
Do not take a badge on trust. Check the public registers: TrustMark find a tradesperson, the Gas Safe register check and the ICO register of fee payers.
What we do not claim
We do not claim any accreditation we do not hold. Window installers we use provide their own FENSA warranties for window work. Our work is backed by TrustMark accreditation and insurance-backed guarantees.
See our specialists page for the roles on each project.
