EPC C case study landlord projects: how we choose and publish them

An EPC C case study landlord readers can trust must be real, consented and checkable. This page explains how we choose each case study and what it will show. Work is delivered by LAMTANS Engineering Ltd. Compliant Lets is a trading name of LAMTANS Holdings Ltd. Checked 21 October 2026.
How we choose case studies
We publish real landlord projects only when each one meets every rule below.
- The customer has given written consent to the case study.
- The before and after EPC results are real and lodged on the national register.
- The costs and funding shown are taken from the job records.
- The customer received nothing in return for agreeing.
Names and addresses stay private unless the customer agrees to share them. We never invent a case, a customer or a quote.
Real landlord projects: what each page will show
Each page follows the same layout, so you can compare projects.
| Section | What you will see |
|---|---|
| Starting point | The property type, tenancy and EPC before the work |
| Plan | The measures chosen and why |
| Funding | The grants used, with scheme names and dates |
| Cost | The cost of the job, with the basis |
| Result | The post-works EPC and any limits on the result |
A new EPC can come out lower or higher than expected. If a result falls short, we say so. Our how we work page explains the steps behind each project.
