Flooring
The right floor lets a property faster and survives tenant after tenant. We supply and fit durable, easy-clean flooring across a rental — quick to turn around and priced for landlords.
What it is
Supply and fit of hard-wearing rental flooring — luxury vinyl and laminate, safety flooring for bathrooms and kitchens, and contract carpet — over prepared, level subfloors, with any underfloor insulation done first where the floor is up.
Why it matters for landlords
Flooring is high-wear and high-visibility; a durable, neutral floor lets faster, cleans between tenancies and avoids the constant replacement cheap carpet needs. When floorboards are lifted it is also the moment to insulate beneath.
Which properties suit it
Any rental needing new or replacement flooring, HMOs needing hard-wearing and safe surfaces, and properties where underfloor insulation means the floor is coming up anyway.
What's included
Subfloor preparation, supply and fit of the chosen flooring, thresholds and trims, and coordination with any underfloor insulation so it is all done once.
How we do it
Scheduled into the void as a late trade, priced from our own book, with a clean, photographed handover.
Common questions
What flooring lasts best in rentals?
Luxury vinyl and good laminate for living areas, safety flooring for wet rooms — durable and easy to clean.
Can you insulate under the floor at the same time?
Yes — where the floor is up it is the cheapest time to add underfloor insulation.
Do you fit carpet too?
Yes, contract-grade carpet where that suits the room and the let.
How quickly can it be done?
Most rentals are floored in one to three days in the void.
