The 2030 Compliance Assessment

One visit. A written plan that tells you exactly where your property stands against the October 2030 rule, what it will cost to fix at fixed prices, and which grants will pay for it.

What you receive

A fresh EPC, lodged on the register

Our domestic energy assessor surveys the property and lodges a new certificate, so you start from today's true rating, not one from 2017.

Your gap to band C, explained

The current score, the points you need, and how the new fabric-first standard with its heating or smart-readiness route applies to this house.

The cheapest route, priced

Only the measures that move the rating, in the right order, each with a fixed price from our own price book. No contractor mark-up.

Every grant and loan you qualify for

Warm Homes: Local Grant in Greater Manchester, the £7,500 Boiler Upgrade Scheme and the Warm Homes Loan, checked against this property and its tenant.

Your cost-cap position

What you have already spent since 1 October 2025 counts towards the £10,000 cap. We record it, so you know your headroom and whether an exemption applies.

A timeline that beats the deadline

Works and a new EPC scheduled to land before 1 October 2029, so a band C certificate counts for its full ten-year life.

Who it is for

Any landlord with a rented home in Manchester, Salford, Stockport, Trafford, Tameside, Oldham, Rochdale, Bury, Bolton or Wigan. Single property or portfolio. You can keep your existing letting agent; we work alongside them.

Is it really free?

Yes, when you go ahead with any of the recommended work. If you decide not to, we charge £120 for the assessment and the lodged EPC, and we credit that back in full if you proceed with works within twelve months. Either way you keep the report.

Already have a recent EPC? Tell us in the form. If it is less than two years old we can often work from it and skip the new lodgement, which makes the visit shorter.
