Property management Manchester: what is planned
We plan to offer property management for landlords in Manchester and the surrounding area. The aim is to combine day-to-day management with EPC C planning, so you know where each home stands against the rule.
We have not set a launch date.
Until then, we do not take on managed properties. We will not describe the service as open until it is.
What you can do today: EPC C planning
Our EPC and retrofit services are available now. The retrofit work is delivered by LAMTANS Engineering Ltd, a sister company in the LAMTANS Group.

What we will confirm before launch
Before we open, we will publish our fees, our terms and the protections that apply to landlords and tenants.
